Thanks to the app's powerful customer directory, there are several ways you can use the creation date for your customers for sorting and filter purposes.

πŸ“‹ See our Customer Directory Article for more details on how to sort and filter customers.

Data column picker

With the use of the app's data column picker, you can select and rearrange data columns to view your customers. In this case you can select the created_at data column to display it in the listed data columns in the directory, and you can even rearrange the order of these data columns. When clicking the "Created at" column, customers will be re-sorted by oldest-newest or newest-oldest. See below for an example:

❗ Note: these changes will not be saved in the All tab. In order to save these changes, click "Save segment" on the top right-hand side of the screen. Then, you can later view the segment to view customers with the created_at data column.

Filters

You can create a much more fine-tuned search result with the help of the app's advanced filtering capabilities. This can be done by clicking +Add filter and searching for the created_at data column as shown below:

From here you will see a variety of options at your disposal for how to sort customers by the date their account was created, including but not limited to specific dates, months, etc. There are two types of sub-filters, absolute and relative. Absolute filters will allow you to search for specific parameters, and relative filters will allow you to search for a broader range of parameters. See below for an example:
