Steps to view/manage your shop's account settings for Customer Fields:

  1. Log into the Customer Fields app via Shopify.

    1. Simply click on Apps from the Shopify admin, and then click on the link for Customer Fields.

  2. Click on your Avatar in the top-right corner of the screen, then click Account and billing. See the image below:

From the app's account page, you can see an overview of your Customer Fields shop, user, and plan details, as well as any authorized apps that are connected to your instance of Customer Fields.

How to change your plan

To upgrade or downgrade your shop's plan, click the "Change plan" button on the Your plan card. See the image below:

You will see our app's three primary plans available to choose from:

  • Lite ($12/mo)

  • Pro ($26/mo)

  • Advanced ($60/mo)

Note: If your managed customer count exceeds 50,000, then you may see other plans available to support more managed customers. Enterprise plans start at $200/mo for shops with more than 50k managed customers. Please email our support team for more details.

📌 Important note regarding downgrades

If you downgrade your plan, you will need to remove or disable any features from the app that are designated for higher-tier plans. For example, if you are trying to downgrade from 'Pro' to 'Lite', then you will need to remove any custom input fields, form rules, and auto-tagging features from your form first. If you try to downgrade without removing these features, you will see a popup asking you to do so before you can downgrade. See the image below for an example:
