Strike is sunsetting April 30, 2026

Strike was a great learning experience for all of us here at Helium. We don't lightly remove apps from our portfolio, but in this case sunsetting Strike is the right call.

Shopify recently released the ability to offer automatic discounts to customers based on customer segments in Shopify - this is a huge level up to automatic discounts in general but sadly this meant that we were now competing with a free feature within Shopify. Anytime Shopify offers a feature natively, we do our best to not reinvent the wheel or charge money for a feature that Shopify gives you for free.

We know that changing apps can be frustrating, but do send us an email if you have questions about migrating to a new 3rd party app or help understanding how to use Shopify native solution.
